Three person show with Ceara Conway and Roisín Coyle at Galway Arts Centre, Galway, Ireland 2011
It’s different but the same like, was a response to the question of an immigrants (Canada) experience in Galway. An investigation of the transposition of the previously familiar into an environment of the unfamiliar was developed. An internal and unconscious method of creating that home away from home was explored. This project also addressed the question of legacy. These photgraphic constructs are intended to be read as an outsiders interpretation of current narratives that are being established in Galway and will be eventually read as history.
